GuruMa, I finally made time to listen to this when I could be present with your teachings. Thank you for such a gentle and loving breeze in this. I love the definition of grace as the support structure underneath it all. Grace is an experience i sometimes feel more aware of/tapped into and other times less aware of. It has definitely been a learned experience for me to be aware of and recognize grace! It wasn’t the way of moving through life that was modeled or discussed around the house when I was growing up. And yet - of course it was there!! I appreciate the reminders about pausing, doing one’s part and then ceding control, and doing our yogic practices with receptivity. Beautiful. Thank you Ma
