I love this refinement on nonattachment. I definitely had the same initial response - “don’t take away my family/pets/ etc”. Then I started to see attachment to non-tangibles like attachments to certain outcomes, emotions, and so on. But I have learned so much from you and in Rishi club about attachment to body-mind-personality… attachment to identification. My own explorations hadn’t gotten me there. It’s so much deeper and more fundamental— but it also just makes more sense and somehow I get how this helps me move through the world, in the world … but also maintain some inner stability. Rather than the first understandings of non attachment, which seemed to cause confusion or resistance. Thank you Ma
