Question & Answer

Ambika:

Namaste

You often advise students to thread the practice of the Yoga of Sound, Nada Yoga, into all aspects of your life.

How do I grow my practice of connecting with nada, while in practice, to be able to hear it in everyday life?

For example, right now, as I text you, how do I stay connected to and listen to nada?

I think I understand, but it’s sometimes hard to stand in both places (meaning in the world, as a person, and in witness consciousness listening to nada).

I understand the concept, the experience of not thinking.

I also understand that the yogic world and the ‘regular’ world are separate, and that I must integrate yogic wisdom into manifest life.

So my question is how do I do that with nada?
